Attitude

Your attitude is how you act and behave.  In the martial arts we strive to have a positive attitude, not just in our training but in everything that we do.

Week 1 In order to achieve our goals we must have an attitude that will allow us to overcome obstacles.  Some people call this a Black Belt Attitude.  A great saying that many martial artists say is that a Black Belt is White Belt who never quit .    When we set a goal on of the most important qualities is your ability to keep trying and not give up.
