Suspense line.....they could do this in the air. Walking behind them asking them "who am I going to grab next?". Also for mat management make sure they students know that they get a turn if they are "at the attention stance". Skip over the student if they do not show good discipline, however at some point they must get a turn.
Bear Hug Over The Arms --- W.ith a partner (21 -26 min)
On command with a partner. Special safety as they do the last move. Make sure to warn before they do the last move SLLLLOOOOOWWWWLY!
Suggested ending Breakfall Pad Game(26-30 min)
Do not use one pad per partner, there is a danger of them hitting their heads together. Make sure you have two pads with at least 6 feet between them. You say fall, make sure to look for improper technique. You may even find it useful to call out the students who are doing a great job.
